The stupid thing is this could all lead to GM filing Chapter 11 bankrupcty which would mean every tax dollar they received in TARP and stimulus will have been wasted as they would be back to the same place they were before the money faucet turned on. I called for bankruptcy months ago. It was the only way to truly re-structure and get them a fresh start. Too bad no one listened before wasting billions.
